How to activate Helium 10 Follow-Up

Activate Helium 10 Follow-Up

To get started, you'll need to connect your professional seller account to your Helium 10 account. If you are not yet a registered Amazon Seller, you can find a post about becoming an Amazon Seller here. You can also learn how to create your Helium 10 account here. Since Follow-Up is only included in the Platinum Plan, Diamond Plan, and Elite Plan, you must have booked one of the offers accordingly. If this is the case, you can already activate Helium 10 Follow-Up. To do so, open your Helium 10 and Amazon account in different tabs respectively. First, let's turn our attention to the Amazon account. There, you need to click on "Messages" in Seller Central. In the corresponding window, you can manage your settings. Under "Permissions", you will then find the emails associated with your Amazon Seller account. From there, select "Add Email Account." So much for the Amazon account. Now, in the tab where you opened Helium 10, click Follow-Up and select "Settings" in the associated dashboard. Since Helium 10 has created an email address for you, you can simply copy and paste it, again, into Seller Central. You'll then save your settings there. Your Helium 10 account should now have been added to the aforementioned email list. After that, activate the notifications so that you are always informed. Finally, all you need to do in the Helium 10 dashboard is approve Follow-Up to access your mails.
