Helium 10 Refund Genie Tutorial
With Refund Genie, Helium 10 provides Amazon sellers with a tool to easily request refunds. Accordingly, we'll first look at how you can download the necessary reports from the dashboard. After that, you will learn how to unzip the files. Last, but not least, comes the most important part: requesting refunds from Amazon.1. Download reports
First of all, you need to open Helium 10 Refund Genie. To do this, you need to open Helium 10 and click on the genie icon. In the columns of the tool, you will then see the data associated with your Amazon account. Among other things, you can see when an item was reported as lost or damaged. You can download even more detailed data via the green download button.2. Unpack files
In your download folder you will now find a zip folder. With a suitable program you can then unzip the files. An example would be WinZip. Otherwise, however, there is most likely also a standard program on your PC. You can then open and view the files.
3. Request refunds
The first file is a txt file. This contains information about the refund process. By the way, Helium 10 recommends that you only request five refunds at a time.
