To grow steadily on Amazon, sellers need to take the right steps. But how do you know which are the right steps? There is now a new function in Seller Central for exactly this purpose. It’s all about your personal growth opportunities on Amazon. We’ll show you how it all works here. There’s also important news for products in the Small and Light category. In addition, you can now manage your returns on Amazon via a clear dashboard.

How to increase your growth opportunities on Amazon

The Growth Opportunities feature is brand new to Seller Central. The core idea behind it is that you get tips that help you increase the conversion rate. It also teaches you which products you could add to your assortment or how to make your existing products more visible. You can get the personalized recommendations by opening the “Growth” tab in Seller Central and then clicking on “Growth Opportunities”.

Another way to increase your chances of growth on Amazon is to get advice from a full-service agency. MadeByBrain offers this service for you. This means that we take over various Amazon sales tasks for you. For example, we conduct market analyses for you, optimize your content or take care of customer communication. In this post, we’ll also use a case study to explain how we put our full-service consulting into action. For more information, feel free to drop us a line!

Changes in Small and Light

Since the end of October, there have been changes to the Small and Light program. The two new changes to Small and Light apply to products shipped through Amazon FBA. First, there is no longer a minimum sales velocity. Second, the minimum number of units per ASIN when shipping to Amazon logistics centers is also eliminated.

By the way: A few months ago, the fees for Small and Light shipping were changed. We have summarized all the important information for you in this post.

New dashboard for returns

Amazon introduced the new Returns Dashboard to help you get better visibility and respond to any issues faster. You’ll have visibility into returns that take longer than 24 hours to approve, rejected returns, and buyer contact rates.

Once again, that was the most important Amazon news this week. Do you also have questions about how to increase your growth opportunity on Amazon or need help shipping items in the Small and Light category? We are happy to help you in this regard.
