Send Amazon return unpacked
The service to bring an Amazon return unpacked to a parcel store will be offered by Deutsche Post from October. In the USA, by the way, the option has already been available since 2019. Accordingly, your customers do not have to take packaging or a shipping label with them. Instead, they will receive these in the parcel store. However, only Amazon items qualify for the Return Unpacked option if they are small and light enough to be shipped in a shipping bag. They should also be able to withstand minor impacts. As a buyer, you have to go to the DHL store with the item accordingly, where the shipment will then be sent to Amazon after a week at the latest.Simplify returns with Sendcloud
If you don't have returns handled by Amazon, you can still make sure that the process is as uncomplicated as possible for your customers. With Sendcloud, they can print out the shipping labels themselves. As a seller, you also have access to a returns portal where you can see the status of individual shipments at any time. Here you can Try Sendcloud for free.
