Some time ago, we already wrote an article about Helium 10 Adtomic. However, since not all questions about the tool for advertising on Amazon were clarified there, we would now like to follow up again in some places and inform you as best as possible. Among other things, it is about how fast Adtomic loads data and how often it is updated. We will also show you how to find keywords or manage negative keywords. Furthermore, we address the distinction between organic sales and PPC sales.
Adtomic is an advertising platform for Amazon Sellers, which offers you numerous possibilities to optimize your PPC projects without wasting time. With the tool you keep track of your own PPC data, such as the "Total Advertising Cost of Sales" (TACoS). The wealth of information makes it easier for you to make strategically smart decisions regarding your Amazon marketing. You may be wondering how this is supposed to be time-saving. Adtomic provides you with numerous automation features that allow you to reduce the complexity of your tasks and make optimizations as quickly as possible. This is made possible by artificial intelligence and proprietary algorithms.
The time it takes to load Helium 10 Adtomic may vary greatly. It depends on how big your account is. Besides, the number of running campaigns prolongs the loading. You can be ready to start after an hour, but you can also have to wait a day.
Adtomic can suggest you both new keywords and negative keywords. You can set the parameters for them within the tool itself. Moreover, you can generate keywords automatically if you use Adtomic's Campaign Builder. Otherwise, you will have to check the tool's suggestions to see which keywords might be relevant for you. In the ad groups level, you will also find negative keyword suggestions. You can then add these to your ad campaigns on Adtomic.
Adtomic ensures that the integrated data is up-to-date every day. However, you should not react hastily to data changes, as there are sometimes time delays between the purchase and Amazon updating the data. Cancelled sales are also only updated after up to 72 hours. The same applies to invalid clicks. These can be generated by bots, for example. Accordingly, you should always wait three days before making changes based on the Adtomic data.
You can find both your PPC sales and your total sales under "Analytics - Product Level". By subtracting the PPC sales, you then get the value for organic sales. You can also find the data in the main dashboard at the top.
