Many Amazon sellers do not ship their goods themselves, but use the FBA program. Accordingly, the storage of the items is also in the hands of Amazon. This, of course, gives you a bit of control. Helium 10 has therefore developed a feature that allows you to clearly monitor your goods in the FBA logistics centers at any time. In this post, we would like to explain how this is implemented graphically and which Helium 10 tool you need for this. We will also clarify questions about Helium 10 prices.
Helium 10 Heat Map is designed to provide you with daily information about the products that are currently stored in FBA logistics centers. This includes the number of saleable products and the number of products damaged by customers, otherwise defective items, as well as the total number of products in storage. Of course, there are ways to find out about the status of your goods right now. However, Helium 10 Heat Maps represents a new option, which is particularly convincing due to its appealing visualization. In Heat Maps, you can see all the locations where you have stored items in the form of a map. At each location there is a circle, which indicates by its size how much you currently have in inventory there.
But in which tool can you actually find the feature? The answer is Profits. In the left menu bar you will find Heat Maps between "Refund" and "Orders". To analyze a product, all you need is an ASIN or a SKU. Then you will see the map with your inventory levels. If you want to come back to previously viewed maps later, you can save the related reports in Microsoft Excel. However, you need to note that Heat Maps is only available for the US so far.
Since Heat Maps is part of the Profits tool, we'd like to give you an overview of the tool's pricing. You can use Profits for 30 days in the free version* of Helium 10. Also, the tool is included in the following offers:
If you want to save money when using Helium 10, we also have a tip for you: With our Helium 10 code KATRIN6M20 you can save 20 % for 6 months or 10% every month! You can find all the information here*.
Since Helium 10 Heat Maps is still in beta, it is not yet possible to say conclusively how well the feature will work in the long run. However, the idea is quite innovative and a useful addition to the Profits tool. It would also be desirable for Heat Maps to be available for the European Amazon market in the future.
That's all you need to know about Helium 10 Heat Maps so far. Do you have any further questions about Helium 10* or Amazon Optimization in general? Then feel free to get in touch with us. We are always ready to help you with words and deeds. Feel free to send us a message - without any obligation, of course.
We look forward to hearing from you.
