This week we would like to show you a way to test Amazon customer service for free. We'll also let you know what happens after the trial period ends. The other important topic block is about Helium 10. More precisely, there is a new video series where you can find out about different seller topics every week.
The free trial period for Amazon Customer Service is for sellers who ship their orders themselves. The service works in such a way that Amazon ensures that customer concerns are handled on your behalf. However, Amazon has not contacted all sellers, but only a selection of sellers who are to test the customer service free of charge. For the time being, the test phase is to last until the end of March. From April, sellers can then consider whether they want to continue to benefit from Amazon taking over customer service. However, a fee will then be due.
The Amazon customer service is characterized by the fact that the consultants advise your customers in the respective national language of the marketplace. In addition, the advice is provided in real time and around the clock. You can communicate via chat, by mail or quite classically by telephone. As a result, sellers can expect higher customer satisfaction and, accordingly, improved sales figures.
To use Amazon's customer service for free before the trial period expires, you need to click "Settings" in Seller Central and then click "Seller Account Information". After that, you can manage customer service under "Your Programs" and sign up. On the registration page, you will then need to select "Sign up now" again.
Now we would like to draw your attention to the Helium 10 video series "Straight from the Source". In the YouTube videos you will learn what's new in sourcing and supply chain. We can also recommend the "Buzz" playlist, which is about general news around Amazon and online retail. If you like to learn about Helium 10 via video, but are still looking for a German channel, feel free to check us out.
That was the most important Amazon news this week. Do you still have questions about using Amazon's free customer service or need help registering for Helium 10*? We are happy to help you in this regard with words and deeds. Just send us a message - of course, without any obligation.
