In addition, the advice is provided in real time and around the clock. You can communicate via chat, by mail or quite classically by telephone. As a result, sellers can expect higher customer satisfaction and, accordingly, improved sales figures.
To use Amazon's customer service for free before the trial period expires, you need to click "Settings" in Seller Central and then click "Seller Account Information". After that, you can manage customer service under "Your Programs" and sign up. On the registration page, you will then need to select "Sign up now" again.
