FBM stands for Fulfillment by Merchant. This means that as a merchant, you handle the sales and shipping process completely yourself. This includes confirming a customer's order and then preparing the shipment. You also have to inform the customer when the item has left your warehouse. In case of questions or problems, you will also handle the customer communication yourself. If a customer is not satisfied and wants to return the item, you need to take care of that as well. FBM is only advisable if you have the resources and logistics to do so. If this is not the case, FBA (fulfillment on Amazon) can be an option. With this, you can also ship worldwide or use PAN-EU shipping, for example.
