The Click & Collect in-store pilot program aims to drive more customers into physical stores. In the United States, the program has already been in place for a while. Now, however, Click & Collect is also available in Germany and the United Kingdom. If you want to participate in the program, you first need to fill out a short survey. You can find it here. Amazon will then contact you for further details. Your answers will of course be treated confidentially and will not be published anywhere.

On September 22, 2022, a webinar on Click & Collect will take place at 11:00 am. In it, you will be informed about the delivery option already mentioned at the beginning of this post. Click & Collect is interesting for you if you have your own store. The program ensures that customers become aware of you via Amazon and make the purchase there. However, the collection takes place at your physical store. This allows you to attract new customers who will then come to your store. What's more, the whole thing is free of charge.
On September 29, 2022, the focus will be on the EFN, i.e. the European Shipping Network. The event will also take place at 11:00 am. It is about shipping between the European Union and the United Kingdom. This is an opportunity for you to further establish yourself internationally.
