Pan-European shipping is now available in three additional countries

Pan-European shipping, which allows Amazon sellers to store and ship your products in European countries, is now available in more countries. Accordingly, we will inform you about the details and about the matching Amazon promotion. We also cover "Heavy and Bulky" items, which are now available for Spain, and seller shipping returns.

Where pan-European shipping is now also available

Pan-European shipping is now available in three more countries. These are Poland, Sweden and the Netherlands. Pan-European shipping helps Amazon sellers ship across Europe, plus it offers very low fees. By having your items ready in international warehouse centers, you can always get them delivered to the closest customers. Accordingly, you can now avail this for Poland, Sweden and the Netherlands. However, your products must be registered with the ASIN for the program. If you haven't already, you can try pan-European shipping for 3 months as part of an Amazon promotion. This will incur lower fees than you would normally pay. This way, you can save up to 53% on FBA shipping sales fees.

Shipping for "Heavy and Bulky" now also in Spain

Heavy and bulky products - in Spain, these are the items that weigh between 40 and 120 kilograms. Now these items can also be shipped to the logistics centers there. Accordingly, they are also eligible for delivery on the desired date or to a specific location. If you offer large and heavy products, you can now be the first to enter the Spanish market. However, make sure that your packages are properly labelled. If you still have questions or problems with this, you can find information about Amazon's labeling service here.

Returns on shipment by seller

As of October, new guidelines apply to international returns for shipping by sellers. As a seller, you must offer refunds without a return for items costing less than €25. Alternatively, you can offer a return in the country of the respective customer. Furthermore, if you do not have a standard return address, customers will also be refunded the amount. You can set the return address in your seller account. The change is meant to make returns easier. At this point, we have a tip for you: If you do not have a standard return address in Germany, you can hire a service provider from the Amazon Service Provider Network. We are part of the Service Provider Network ourselves and offer our customers our experience from more than 10 years in the Amazon business.

These were the most important Amazon news this week. Do you also have questions about the new pan-European shipping or need help with the Service Provider Network? We will be happy to help you with words and deeds. Just send us a message - of course without any obligation.
