In this guide, we'll first show you how to connect Helium 10 to Walmart in order to use Profits. We'll then navigate through the tool's dashboard together. Then we'll take a look at the Product Performance and Refunds tabs. Finally, you'll learn what features will soon be available for Profits.
Before using Helium 10 Profits Walmart, you need to connect your accounts at Helium 10 and Walmart. You do this as follows: First, you need to log into your Walmart account. Then, in Settings, go to "API Key Management." There, you can then access the Walmart Developer Portal. After that, you can create a Helium 10 API key. After that, you can select Helium 10 from the menu and confirm to transfer it to your Helium 10 account. Now, Helium 10 should have been added as a third party provider at Walmart. However, you still need to transfer your client ID into your Helium 10 account. Then on Helium 10, you need to click on "Connections" and add a new seller account there. You can then select Walmart from there. Once you have done this, you will receive further instructions and then a confirmation from Helium 10.
Once you have connected the accounts, you can access Helium 10 Profits Walmart in the Analytics section. There, you then select which Walmart marketplace you need information on. In the dashboard, you'll then see up-to-date data, such as your gross receipts, net profit, or the number of orders, units, and refunds. You also have the option to set the time period of the analysis. In addition, you can mark favorites. By the way, with Profits you can also see which of your Walmart products have been particularly successful or less successful recently.
The Product Performance tab provides even more detailed information about the products sold. The data collected includes gross revenue, expenses, net profit, margin, ROI, refunds, and units sold. In addition, you can view more details via a link in the last column. In the Inventory Profits tab, you can specify what the cost of goods sold is for each product. You can also access your Walmart Listing from here.
In this tab you get information regarding your refunds. In charts you can also see which products are responsible for the most refunds. This is useful, for example, if you want to remove less profitable items from your assortment. By clicking on the charts you can also see reasons for refunds. Soon the tab "Expenses" will be available, where you can enter your costs.
