Steps of Helium 10 Follow-Up Tutorial

Before you start, you should check if your Helium 10 account is connected to your Seller Central account. If it is not yet, you can find the corresponding instructions here. After that you can start with the first steps of the Helium 10 Follow-Up Tutorial.

1. Activate orders

First you need to open the tool and click on “Orders”. After that you will see several icons. However, at first these are only pale in color. This is because they have not been activated yet. To do this, you need to select an order. You can do this by clicking on the box next to the job. After that, the icons will no longer be gray but black.

2. Send e-mails manually

Next, click on the now highlighted envelope icon. After that, a new window opens in which you can see your saved templates and create new ones. Via the blue field “Confirm” you can also send already created mails immediately.

3. Edit template

If you prefer to use a template instead, you can edit it using the golden button. After that it will be opened, and you can configure it as you like. Afterwards you can save the template and send it via the “Confirm” command.

4. Create template

You also have the option to create a new template. To do this, you need to click on “New Template”. A new window will open, and you can edit the message as you wish. Afterwards, you can save the text again and send it. You will also receive a shipping confirmation from Follow-Up.
